Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate discussions to draw out the actual needs of stakeholders, moving beyond expressed desires to identify core business requirements.
Requirements Definition: Clearly and unambiguously define detailed requirements to address the business challenges effectively.
Business Case Development: Create robust business cases that outline problem-solving strategies, associated costs, and expected organizational benefits.
Alignment with Business Goals: Ensure that the needs of business units align with the capabilities of our solutions by consistently checking for alignment with expected business benefits.
Cross-Department Communication: Facilitate communication between organizational units to ensure a smooth flow of information and collaboration.
Collaboration with Development Team: Work alongside the development team and solution architects to define the design and specifications of the solution.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting minutes to keep all stakeholders informed.
Bridging Gaps: Serve as a bridge between business users and application developers, ensuring clarity and understanding on both sides.
Your background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders.
Ability to translate complex requirements into clear and actionable plans.
Familiarity with business case development and project management methodologies.
