We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our IT projects and ensure successful delivery from inception to completion. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, external stakeholders, and clients to guarantee that projects meet expectations and are delivered on time and within scope.

Project Sizing and Scoping: Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders. 

Tender Proposal Preparation: Create comprehensive tender proposals and quotations that align with client needs. 

Proof of Concept & Prototyping: Develop and present proof of concepts and prototypes to clients. 

Project Management: Lead and manage IT projects while coordinating the production team to ensure efficient project execution. 

Stakeholder Liaison: Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to maintain project momentum. 

Requirement Analysis: Conduct thorough requirement analysis, project monitoring, and status tracking. 

Testing & Training: Oversee testing phases and conduct training sessions for end users. 

Documentation & Reporting: Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting minutes to keep all stakeholders informed. 

Proactive Client Engagement: Actively respond to client feedback and requests, demonstrating commitment to their needs. 

Your background

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in project management, preferably within the IT industry.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Proficiency in documentation and presentation tools.

Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
